Anyone and Everyone. But most importantly, you!
You do not have to be a service designer, or a designer at all for that matter. The more diverse the better.
Anyone with an interest in how to come up with new ideas using creative methods is welcome. You do not need any previous knowledge of service design or design methods or any special equipment to be able to fully take part in the weekend.
Seriously, you might be a service designer, an academic, a business person, part of a community group, a governor, a customer, a student, a customer experience person, a UX ninja, a patient, someone in the customer frontline, unemployed, an actor, an artist, a doctor, a grandpa or a kid.
The event is about collectively learning new skills and new ways of thinking that will be useful to you and your organisation in the future. We don’t know exactly what will happen, but it’s a jam, so that’s the point. So, bring your curiosity and enthusiasm and let’s Jam!
If you have any doubts about joining in on the fun, contact us (http://denverservicejam.org/contact/) and we’ll do our best to convince you to come
